The End Is Never Near offers a comprehensive overview of the work of Belgian painter Jan Van Imschoot (born in 1963 in Ghent, Belgium). His body of work, which revolves around historical themes drawn from literature and art history, forges connections with his predecessors such as Caravaggio, Tintoretto, Goya, and Manet.
